摘要
Objective To analyze high-risk human papillomavirus(hrHPV) infection in female cervix and determine the dose-effect relationship between hrHPV virus load and cervical lesion. Methods HPV-DNA virus load of 26294 cervical samples were detected by hybrid captureII(HC-II) system. The viral load was assessed by ratios of relative light units per cut off value(RLU/CO).Samples with relative light unit per cutoff value(RLU/CO) of ≥1.0 was defined as positive.Cervical lesions were detected by biopsies, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia geade 2(CIN2) or higher-grade cervical lesions were determined as abnormal case.χ2 test was used for the statistical test and Mantel trend analysis was used to analyze the dose-effect relationship between hrHPV virus load and cervical lesion. Results The positive rate of hrHPV infection in 26294 samples was 26.74%,the age distribution ranged from 15 to 84 year old,the average age are of(33.54±8.43) years. Our statistical results showed dose-effect relationship between hrHPV virus load and cervical lesion(χtrend=8.000,P0.001).Conclusion The positive detection rate of hrHPV in Guangdong province female was relatively high;there are dose-effect relationship between hrHPV virus load and cervical lesion.
