Application of multi-tone approach in three-phase AC system impedance measurement

摘要
The constant-power-load characteristic of output-regulated power converters may result in stability issues in distributed power systems, where the power source is not ideal. DC system has been well studied and Nyquist Criterion has been applied for stability prediction. For AC systems, Generalized Nyquist Criterion has been verified to effectively predict stability based on source and load d-q impedances. The basic idea for AC impedance measurement is AC sweeping. This method is time-consuming. To increase the measurement speed, the multi-tone method is developed in this paper. The method for FFT window and perturbation frequencies selection is discussed.
