摘要
Deriving from the assertion that diversity is the source of innovativeness, adaptability, and thereby the foundation of competitiveness, this paper seeks to clarify two fold objectives. First, it seeks to offer a way to see diversity as a natural and unavoidable characteristic of knowledge inten- sive organizations. Second, it presents knowledge flow cube as a framework, which can be used for recognizing and managing the internal diversity and complexity that rises from the diversity of social interaction i.e. communication and knowledge flows.
