摘要
Background and aim. Transient elastography (TE) has a good diagnostic accuracy for cirrhosis. However the AUROC to assess significant fibrosis (Metavir ≥ F2) has a high variation depending on features of disease (necroinflammation) independent from fibrillar extracellular matrix. To improve the accuracy of TE correction should be made for these factors. To establish how TE varies according to individual patient profiles, particularly when TE is discordant with histological fibrosis.
