摘要
Leukapheresis has become the preferred tool of stem cell collection for allogeneic transplants. CD34 cell count per μl in peripheral blood on the day of collection can be used to estimate collection yield. CD34 counts show variability related to donor specific factors. We have identified in this study predictive factors influencing CD34 cell count and collection yield in a homogenous cohort of donors.
