Preparation and Crystallization Progress of Fe(Co,Ni) ZrB Amorphous-Nanocrystalline Alloys

Fe_(70)Zr_(10)B_(20),Fe_(63)Co_7Zr_(10)B_(20) and Fe_(63)Ni_7Zr_(10) B_(20) alloys are prepared by mechanical alloying.Preparations and crystallization progresses of three alloys are studied by X-ray diffraction.Fe_(70)Zr_(10)B_(20) milled for 50h is composed of a lot of amorphous and a little of crystal.The glass formation is restrained by adding Co,but promoted by adding Ni.The crystallization progresses of Fe_(70)Zr_(10)B_(20) alloy and Fe_(63)Co_7 Zr_(10)B_(20) alloy are easy,but difficulty for Fe_(63)Ni_7 Zr_(10)B_(20) alloy.
