摘要
The present communication attempts to highlight a dreaded complication of central retinal artery occlusion following selective embolisation of internal maxillary artery in a patient of nasopharyngeal angiofibroma. With the advent of endoscopic procedures on this vascular tumours the embolisation had been facilitatory by reducing the amount of bleeding thereby reducing the intra and post-operative morbidity, but the complications inherent to such procedures are equally serious [1], [2].
