PEDESTRIAN & BIKEWAY COMMITTEE Attendance Roster - 2007 PURPOSE: responsible for the implementation of that portion of the transportation program applicable to bicycling and pedestrians; coordinates and promotes bicycle and pedestrian facility plans, safety programs and regulations in the Toledo Metropolitan Area
