Determination of inorganic elements in Curcuma longa by ICP-MS/ICP-AEs.

In this paper,the contents of nineteen inorganic elements in Curcuma longa such as Li,B,Mg,Al,P,Ca,Ti,V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,Sr,Ba,Cd,Pb were determined by using ICP-MS and Ca,Mn were determined by using ICP-AES technique.The accuracy of the methods are verified by comparative analysis of the standard reference material(GBW10015 and GBW10020),and the precision RSD was in the range of 0.5%～7.1%.This method was applied to the determination of inorganic elements in the sample of Curcuma longa with good accuracy and precision.
