Summary We discuss the consistency of KNO scaling in the CERN collider energy range with the scaling function $$\psi _a \left( x \right),q \geqslant 2,$$ , derived by us earlier. It is suggested that each distinctq may be connected withq loops in the leading-log approximation (LLA) of QCD.
