Geographic Addressing, Routing, and Resource Discovery with the Global Positioning System

this paper is to show how new services and new network functionalitieswill emerge as a consequence of having location universally available to mobile terminals. Weaddress the question of protocol support for location aware services such as geographic messaging,geographic service discovery, and geographical service advertising. Geographic routing is a keysupport which is necessary. Thus, the exact routing mechanisms to make it happen are discussedin this paper.
