Analysis of extraction process and composition of tea seeds oil with supercritical carbon dioxide

The extracting of tea seeds oil with supercritical carbon dioxide was investigated.Four factors,i.e.extracting pressure,extracting temperature,extracting time and separating pressure were chosen.The experimental target was extracting rate of tea seeds oil.Multifactor and multilevel visual analysis method(m2VA) was used to analyze experimental data.The optimal parameters were:extracting pressure 2.5×107 to 3.0×107Pa,extracting temperature 30 to 35 ℃,extracting time 110 to 140 min,separating pressure Ⅰ 4.0×106 to 5.0×106Pa.
