考虑员工学习与遗忘的最短生产周期分配策略仿真

Abstract
生产系统中人的差异性比较大,员工具有不同的经验知识背景和不同的学习遗忘特性,这些差异影响生产系统。考虑员工学习-遗忘的特性,提出最短生产周期模型,对员工分配进行仿真研究。此模型以一定的生产任务下所使用的生产周期最短为目标,人员分配方面采用固定分配。固定的人员分配策略使员工成为专才。本研究在假设具体生产环境中,针对具体的目标对异质的员工进行了仿真研究,对实际生产中员工分配具有一定的指导作用。
