Interaction of guanine nucleotides with ribonuclease F1' as studied by absorption and circular dichroism spectroscopies.

Difference spectra have been observed in both absorption and circular dichroism upon binding of various guanine nucleotides to ribonuclease F1′. The dissociation constants of the enzyrne–nucleotide complexes have been determined based on the difference absorption spectra. The results have been compared with those obtained with ribonuclease T1.
