摘要
In summary, IE in patients without previously known heart disease is more often located on the aortic valve, and responsible microorganisms are more often Streptococcus bovis and enterococci. Although the clinical course more often requires valve replacement, in-hospital outcome is similar to that of patients with preexisting heart disease.
