摘要
Triazole-(1,5-a)-pyrimidin-2-yl-5,7-dimethyl carboxylic acid esters and sulfonic acid esters ZJUT 1-7 were synthesized by esterification of heterocyclic compounds and aromatic compounds with triazole-2-hydroxy-5,7-dimethyl-(1,5-a)-pyrimidine.Their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR and MS,and their preliminary biological activity were tested.
