Sayisal Hava Kamerasi ve Fotogrametriye Kazandirdiklari (Digital Aerial Camera and Acquisitions for Photogrammetry)

Recent investments and technological developments in photogrammetry are especially based on improving the accuracy and reducing the cost. Using digital aerial camera effectively not only improves the photogrammetric accuracy but also provides affirmative contribution on reducing the project cost. The digital aerial camera (Microsoft UltracamX) purchased by General Command of Mapping on 2008 modified photogrammetric workflow partially. In this paper, technical specifications of the digital aerial camera are introduced; photogrammetric workflow is described, the advantages and disadvantages are evaluated by comparing with the classic system.
