Application in Evaluation of Equipment Support Training Effect Based on Cloud Theory

For the complexity in the synthetic evaluation of equipment support training,the evaluation model was proposed based on cloud theory,and the evaluation index system was constructed by means of Delphi method.Since the evaluating system was fixed,AHP principle was introduced to fix the index factors' weighing,the cloud theory was used to solve the problem which is transform from the index factors' qualitative described mode to the quantitative analysis.Finally an example in the evaluation of equipment support training indicates that the proposed evaluation model is feasible and effective,the research reflects that the cloud model is helpful to solve the qualitative synthetic evaluation problem.
