Research Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) to Food Safety Tracking and Tracing

Food safety is concerned by the public and government agencies increasingly. The sound solutions for food safety greatly rely on food tracing and quality evaluation. By using the RFID technology, a "From Farm to Fork" solution to ensure food safety is presented in this paper. The business process, architecture and implementation strategy related to this solution are introduced.
