Effects of Different Freezing Methods on Quality of Quick-frozen Tremella aurantialba

摘要
Took the Tremella aurantialba as raw materials,and find out the best conditions for the freezing process through the analysis of different factors and using different test of freezing process in this article.The results showed that the Tremella aurantialba freezed by the liquid nitrogen was brightly-colored,frost-free,the flavor keeped to maintain optimal.It can provided a reference for large-scale production of frozen products.
