Design of A Novel ZVS Soft-switching High Frequency Converter for Microwave Oven

A novel ZVS soft-switching high frequency converter for microwave oven has been analyzed in this paper.Considering the AC equivalent circuit for the resonant converter and the load type of microwave oven,we have deduced the values of the capacitor and the inductor of the resonant converter.Then a prototype is designed based on the calculated parameters.The result of the experiment show that soft-switching is realized successfully and the magnetron can be droved indeed.
