[Study of Tripterygium hypoglaucum Hutch on mouse's splenic lymphocyte activation in vitro].

OBJECTIVE:To study the effects of Tripterygium hypoglaucum Hutch (THH) on the mouse's splenic lymphocyte proliferation, activation mark such as CD69 and CD25, cytokine such as IL-4 and gamma-IFN. METHODS:Separating the mouse's splenic lymphocyte sterilitily and adding THH of different density. The proliferation of the ConA-stimulated splenic lymphocyte was measured with MTT; the activation marks such as CD69 and CD25 were measured with flow cytometer; cytokines such as IL-4 and gamma-IFN were measured with euzymelinked immunosorbent assay. RESULTS:THH had inhibitory action on both proliferation and activation of splenic lymphocyte.
