Management of diffuse colonic polyposis

摘要
Experience with forty-eight cases of diffuse colonic polyposis treated by abdominal colectomy with ileoproctostomy is presented. There were 1,000 patientyears of follow-up study, with one operative death and one failure of the procedure, a rectal carcinoma developing four years after colectomy.
