Veränderungen von Leitungsgeschwindigkeit und Latenz am Papillarmuskel der Katze während des Refraktärstadiums

Measurements of conduction velocity and latency were performed on papillary muscles of cats during the refractory period using the micro-electrode technique. The action potentials were recorded from two micro-electrodes and the time interval between the main and the test stimuli was gradually shortened. A high sweep speed was used and the sweeps were triggered by the main and test stimuli.
