摘要
Starting from the resorcinol based symmetric double-Schiff-base ligand H6ipa-bhea the selective synthesis of either a dinuclear or a mononuclear copper(II) complex is reported. X-ray crystal structures of all complexes as well as temperature-dependent magnetic measurements and DFT calculations for the dinuclear complex are reported.
