摘要
With Spartina alterniflora seedlings as receptor plants, the allelopathic effects of aqueous extracts from leaf litter, fresh root and fresh fruit of Sonneratia apetala were investigated.Aqueous extracts from different organs of S.apetala were designed with five mass concentrations including 0.1 g/mL,0.2 g/mL,0.3 g/mL,0.4 g/mL and 0.5 g/mL.Results showed that different concentrations of leaf litter, root and fruit of S.apetala expressed different allelopathic effects on S.alterniflora seedlings, and with a concentration effect.High concentrations of S.apetala's different aqueous extracts could significantly inhibit the growth of S.alterniflora seedlings, but the inhibition effects decreased gradually with decreasing concentrations of aqueous extraction, and even conversed to slightly promote the growth of S.alterniflora seedlings(0.1 g/mL).Compared with different organs of S.apetala, comprehensive allelopathic strength on the growth of S.alterniflora seedlings was fruit, root and leaf litter.
