摘要
Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of p-AKT,survivin and Bcl-2 in human non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) tissue. Methods:The expressions of p-AKT,survivin and Bcl-2 in 80 cases of NSCLC and 35 cases of no-cancerous lung disease were assessed by immunohistochemistry, and their correlations with cliniopathological factors were statistically analyzed. Results:The positive rates of p-AKT,survivin and Bcl-2 were 78.8%,61.3% and 50.0% in NSCLC and 0,0 and 11.4% in no-cancerous lung disease(P0.05) .The positive rates of p-AKT and Bcl-2 were showed with a similar high frequency in different age, gender, different histological type, differentiation,TNM stage and groups with or without lymph node metastasis. There were no significant differences among groups(P0.05) .The expression of survivin was correlated with TNM stages and differentiation of NSCLC(P0.05) .In addition, the positive expression of p-AKT had a correlation with the expression of survivin and Bcl-2.The positive correlations were observed between the expressions of survivin and Bcl-2 in NSCLC tissues. Conclusion:AKT activation may present in NSCLC tissues. The high positive rates of survivin and Bcl-2 may correlate to activation of AKT.There may be positive regulations of survivin and Bcl-2 by p-AKT in NSCLC tissues.
