An Apparatus For Observation Of Fine Structure In Current-Voltage Characteristics Of Tunnel Diodes

Apparatus is described which gives high sensitivity for the observation of fine structure in current-voltage characteristics. Current or any of its derivatives with respect to voltage can be plotted as a function of voltage.
