摘要

A passive pyroelectric IR 32 x 32 focal plane array (FPA), used for obstacle detection, has been implemented. The previous approach using polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) has been improved with a copolymer, P(VDF-TrFE), integrated on a silicon read-out circuit to allow the design of a multifusion system, coupling IR passive, active and microwave detection. The technology and the first performance of the FPA are presented.
