Asset Locator - A Framework for Enterprise Software Asset Management

This paper introduces the Enterprise Software Asset Management (ESAM) paradigm, whichdefines an approach to doing automated software asset management. ESAM is a comprehensiveintegrated solution supporting search and reuse, collaboration, knowledge sharing, impactanalysis, and other enterprise-centric services.
