Determination of Vitamin K_1 in Infant Milk Powder by UPLC and LC-MS/MS

Determination of Vitamin K1 in infant milk powder by UPLC and verified by HPLC-MS/MS were established.Compared to the current national standard method,the pre-treatment process was improved,and matrix interference was reduced.The method is simple and the extraction rate was stability.The detection limits of UPLC was 40 μg/kg(S/N=3),The detection limits of HPLC-MS/MS was 3.5 μg/kg(S/N=3);At the spiking levels of 500 μg/kg-2 000 μg/kg,the average recoveries were 78.4 %-88.1 % with RSD(n=6) values between 3.7 % and 6.4 %.The method can measure the levels of vitamin K1 in milk powder accurately.
