Effect And Safety Of Drug-Eluting Stent In Treatment Of Coronary Myocardial Bridge

Objective To probe the effect and safety of drug eluting stent implantation in the treatment of ischemic coronary myocardial bridge(CMB).Methods Sixty-five patients with ischemic CMB were randomly divided into stent intervention group(n=33) and drug intervention group(n=32).Drug eluting stent was implanted in all patients in stent intervention group.Patients in drug intervention group were treated by antiplatelet drugs,β-blockers and calcium channel blockers.The clinical cardiac ischemic events,electrocardiography and emission-computerized tomographic ischemic changes and coronary angiography were followed up for 12 months.Results Totally 33 stents were implanted in stent intervention group without any complications.Follow-up found that 24 patients in stent intervention group vs 11 patients in drug intervention group were cured(P<0.01),6 patients in stent intervention group vs 11 patients in drug intervention group had stable angina pectoris(P>0.05),3 patients in stent intervention group vs 6 patients in drug intervention group showed unstable angina pectoris(P>0.05),no acute myocardial infarction in stent intervention group vs 4 in drug intervention group were found(P=0.05).Coronary angiographic follow-up found that in drug intervention group,11 patients(34.4%,11/32) had stent implanted.In stent intervention group,intrastent restenosis was found in 4 patients and stent was implanted again(12.1%,4/33)(P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients with ischemic CMB,stent implantation is relatively safe and effective.
