Quality of Life and Long-term Survival in Octogenarians Undergoing Coronary Grafting and/or Aortic Valve Replacement

Purpose: Operative mortality has been well documented in octogenarians undergoing cardiac surgery. Less is known of the long-term survival and quality of life. This study evaluates these issues in octogenarians who underwent primary coronary grafting and/or aortic valve replacement at our institution.
