A Research About Characters and Effect of Knowledge Transfer from Multinational Corporations to Chinese Subsidiaries

It constructs a model of knowledge characters and effect,in which knowledge-embedded as independent variables,tacit as mediator,and transfer outcomes as dependent variables.Its aim is to test the relations among different knowledge characters,and how do they affect knowledge transfer from multinational corporations to Chinese subsidiaries.By questionnaire and statistics analysis,it finds that people-embedded,routine-embedded can promote knowledge transfer while tacit attributes hinder knowledge transfer;people-embedded,routine-embedded and coordination-embedded can work by changing knowledge tacit in the process of knowledge transfer.
