Novel sesquiterpenoids as tyrosine kinase inhibitors produced by Stachybotrys chortarum

In the course of screening for small-molecule inhibitors to Tyrosine kinase receptor seven novel K-76 derivatives (1–7) have been isolated from the fungal culture of Stachybotrys chortarum. The structures were elucidated by extensive mono- and bi- dimensional spectroscopy and mass spectrometry.
