The Study of Landuse Regionalization and Sustainable Land Resourse Utilization in Fuzhon

Landuse characteristics in different areas have great diversity because of natural environment and social economic conditions.According to natural environment and social economic conditions influencing Land resource in Fuzhou,17 factors are selected as the regionalization index. With quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,the area is divided into five regions, namely the Center Region,the Northeast Region,the South Region, the Southeast Region and the West Region. Moreover the main land resource utilization directions and sustainable landuse countermeasures in each region are put forward according to the regional nature resource characteristics.
