摘要
Combined with the model of product-manufacturing,model of customer satisfaction degree,model of interaction and model of quality management centering on customer,the article proposes a multi-dimensional innovative framwork for quality management of tourism service in order to provide a reference for the system reform and mechanism innovation of quality management in tourism.
