177. Prognostisch relevante Faktoren beim Magencarcinom

Summary Between 1967 and 1978 594 patients were treated for gastric cancer. Those who survived 5 and 10 years made up 16 % and 10 %, respectively. The pT1 tumors were significantly different from the pT2–pT4 tumors, which showed no significant differences. Patients with negative lymph nodes had significantly better prognosis than patients with positive nodes. The survival rate of the different histological types was similar. After radical surgery, prognosis was independent of a subtotal resection or a gastrectomy.
