摘要
Learning through problem solving is a main line in clinical pharmacy training. The objective of this work is to develop, under the auspices of the French College of Clinical Pharmacy Teachers (ANEPC), an interactive tool for analysis and validation of pharmaceutical clinical cases. The structure of the website facilitates online validation and posting of clinical cases within the framework proposed by the ANEPC and offers users the opportunity to compare their pharmaceutical analysis with the author's case. KFarma is a free website freely available since June 2007 for any pharmacist or pharmacy student at www.anepc.org\Kfarma. After creating an account, users can post a case, consult and validate the cases online and add comments in a forum for each case. The development of new teaching tools, based on analysis of clinical cases, is essential to the teaching of clinical pharmacy. This web 2.0 tool, Kfarma, meets this requirement by initiating interactivity among users, learners and tutors. The use of the site represents a significant potential for training in clinical pharmacy practice based on the exchange of experiences of those from French-speaking countries and perhaps not in too distant future, from English-speaking countries.
