BACKGROUND CONTEXT: Evaluation of sagittal sacropelvic morphology and its association with lumbopelvic alignment is important and clinically relevant. Radiographic assessment of this morphology is often difficult due to anatomic variation of the proximal sacrum. Consequently, several different ways of measuring pelvic morphology are used today.
