A study on the detection of t cell subsets and autoantibody in synthetic drug-abusers

Objective:To investigate the influence of synthetic drugs(katemine,ecstasy,Magu) on immunologic function in abusers.Methods:The hospitalization data of 50 cases of synthetic drug-abusers and 50 controls were collected,genders and ages were matched in these two groups.The immunologic function,autoantibody and addiment were detected based on the results of the independent sample t-test statistical analysis.Results:There were statistically significant differences in immune indicators CD4/CD8(P0.05),IgG,IgM,C3 and C4 compared with the control group,but the autoantibodies between two groups were not statistically significant.Conclusion:There are significant differences of impaired immunologic function in drug abused group compared with the control group.The effect of synthetic drugs on immunologic function is related to the impact on the opioid receptors and μ receptor in the central nervous system,and many unknown signaling pathways.
