摘要
This paper describes a novel method to measure the thermal conductivity of individual carbon nanotubes (CNTs) by using a suspended sample-attached T-type nanosensor. The CNTs used were made by an arc-discharge evaporation method. We could successfully measure the thermal conductivity of individual carbon nanotubes in the range of temperature from 77 K to 320 K, and the results show that the thermal conductivity increases with the temperature and approaches an asymptote near 320 K.
