Study on the method for deep venous puncture

Objective To study how to establish effective and reliable venous channel to treat severe cases with special body position.Methods 2489 cases were selected to establish venous channel by routine method and non-routine method during past 14 years.Results 43 cases selected vena jugularis interna(1.73%),216 cases femoral vein and 2230 cases subclavian vein.Conclusions It is key for severe case to establish effective and reliable deep venous channel.Upper and below approach of subclavian vein is first choice for salvage,urgent administration and resuscitation of the patients with normal or special body position.
