Die Ubertragungsreaktion des Nitromethan-Anions auf Kationen verschiedener N-Heterocyclen zeigt die relative Affinitat dieser Kationen gegenuber nucleophilen Agenzien (Tab. 1). Die unterschiedliche Affinitat last sich mit der Energie des untersten, unbesetzten, antibindenden Orbitals der Kationen korrelieren (Abb. 1). On the Mechanism of the Attack of Nucleophilic Agents on Cations of Nitrogenous Heterocycles Transfer reactions of the nitromethane anion to cations of various nitrogenous heterocycles show the relative affinities of these cations towards nucleophilic agents (table 1). The different affinities are correlated with the energies of the lowest, unoccupied, antibonding orbitals of the cations (figure 1).
