((Series 5: PSLV Successfully Launched Ten Satellites)) AAUSAT-II, a Danish Student Satellite

Engineering students from Aalborg University students have constructed a pico size satellite - AAUSAT-II . It was launched on April 28 , 2008 from Satish Dhawan Space Centre, India. It was built between 2003 and 2007 at Aalborg University. More than 150 students (Danish as well as visiting students) from different master specializations participated in this multi- disciplinary cross- educational project. This paper describes the fundamentals of AAUSAT-II as well some of the educational aspects.
