Iron and cobalt co-doped nickel nitride in situ grown on carbon cloth for oxygen evolution reaction
MATERIALS LETTERS(2024)
摘要
It's a great challenge to design an effective electrochemical water splitting catalyst, especially oxygen evolution reaction (OER) catalyst due to its slow kinetics. Transition metal nitride can be used as an electrocatalyst to reduce the energy barrier of the reaction because of its high conductivity and catalytic activity. Here, we synthesize iron and cobalt co-doped nickel nitride in situ grown on carbon cloth through an electrodeposition method followed by annealing under NH3. The catalyst exhibits an excellent performance which reaches a current density of 10 mA cm-2 at around 1.50 V.
