Culturing Breast Tumor Cells In Presence Of Hormones

A tissue culture technique for culturing human breast tumor cells was utilized to invesitgate the response of these cells to various hormones. Due to the small number of tumors investigated, no definite pattern of response was evident. However, the methods described may provide information which can be of useful clinical importance.
