The old age cerebral apoplexy patient hospital infects analysis and countermeasure that the target monitors.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the use of targeted monitoring method to control nosocomial infection rate of elderly stroke patients with reduced function and data analysis.METHODS The data of our hospital from Jan 2006 to Dec 2007 a comprehensive and integrated monitoring and in January 2008-2009 adopted in December targeted goal of monitoring and results were analyzed.RESULTS The case inciclence of objective monitoring of elderly stroke patients with nosocomial infection was 7.83% and while the comprehensive monitoring was 13.78% a drop of 5.95 percentage points,showed statistically significant difference between results(P0.01).CONCLUSIONS The goal of monitoring in time to reflect and understand the infection control are the weak links.To focus on management of nosocomial infections and forward-looking can favor the occurrence of hospital infection control and reduce hospital infection rates.
