Duloxetine, a serotonin and noradrenaline reuptake inhibitor (SNRI) for the treatment of stress urinary incontinence: a systematic review.

Our meta-analysis revealed that duloxetine improves the quality of life in women with stress urinary incontinence. Individual trials demonstrated a reduction in incontinence episodes. There are, however, side-effects and about one in eight women discontinue treatment as a result.
