Idiopathic Hyperaldosteronism Masquerading as a Cushing Syndrome:

Idiopathic bilateral adrenal hyperplasia is an underdiagnosed etiology of secondary hypertension. The diagnosis becomes difficult if accompanied by the phenotype of Cushing syndrome and concurrent use of enzyme of cortisol biosynthetic pathway, thereby altering cortisol dynamics. We report such a case.
